I don’t care if you are meeting Dolly Parton and/or the Pope, couples that dress alike are creepy.  It recalls the whole “dress your twin baby boys in the same outfit because it’s adorable” thing.  Incest is never best. Or you could look at another way, as my boyfriend does, and declare that “it’s an abortion of identity.”
